• Native Spanish and excellent English communication at C1 level.
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including filters and pivot tables.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach with strong communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Owns a personal laptop and stable internet connection.

Aufgaben

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring on-time, accurate deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalations to resolution.
• Collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams for efficient operations.
• Identify and address issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases when needed.
• Track performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
