Plutus21 Partners is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate the development of a medical device across hardware, optics, software, imaging, and regulatory workstreams. The role owns the integrated program plan, BOMs, inventory, and design controls, while quality and regulatory leads oversee compliance.

This full-time role can be remote with substantial overlap with Eastern Time and requires travel to the US office about once a quarter, with additional travel around critical milestones.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management and engineering operations.
• Experience coordinating hardware and software product development with integrated schedules.
• Familiarity with BOMs, change control and inventory planning.
• Strong technical fluency and clear documentation of decisions.
• Ability to work remotely with on-site collaboration as needed.

Mansioni

• Maintain the integrated development plan with milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional reviews, document decisions, and track risks.
• Coordinate prototype builds, software releases, and verification activities.
• Maintain bills of materials, part numbers, revisions, and supplier info.
• Coordinate engineering changes and assess impact on schedule and docs.
• Maintain build configurations, software versions, and deviations.
• Track inventory, stock movements, and on-site receiving.
• Coordinate procurement, quotations, and supplier follow-up within budget.
• Support design reviews and ensure traceability from requirements to test evidence.
• Maintain dashboards and deliver leadership updates on progress.
