Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4+ years of demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience in medical technology is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all project activities day-to-day to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Applies standard project management methodology and enforces project standards.
• Drives clarity and focus in cross-group situations.
• Estimates project skill requirements and works with department managers to identify resources.
• Facilitates team meetings effectively.
• Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.
• Communicates relevant project information effectively.
• Manages project issues and decisions in a timely fashion.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Tracks project lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
• Performs other duties or special projects as requested.
