Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join a remote-first team.

You will design, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows, manage CRM integrations, and analyze campaign performance to maximize efficiency and impact. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience with MA platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua), strong CRM integration skills, and excellent analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, CS, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
• Experience designing and implementing complex automation workflows and lead nurturing.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration principles.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• HTML/CSS proficiency for email/landing pages is a plus.
• Spanish language skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and PM skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain automated marketing workflows and campaigns.
• Manage lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes.
• Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Develop and manage email campaigns, segmentation, and personalization.
• Create dynamic landing pages and forms for lead capture.
• Monitor campaign performance; analyze engagement, conversions, ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure data accuracy within MA platform and CRM.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create assets.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in marketing automation.
