Turtle Trax S.A. seeks an L2/L3 Mainframe support specialist to operate in a remote 24x7 environment. You will monitor production systems, identify incidents proactively, and coordinate with global teams to restore service quickly.

The role requires extensive knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS and VSAM, plus experience with batch processing and job scheduling tools. Strong customer-facing skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Formación

• Must have strong COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS and VSAM knowledge.
• Experience with Mainframe batch processing and job scheduling tools is required.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management is essential.

• Provide L2/L3 support for Mainframe applications in a 24x7 environment.
• Monitor production systems and proactively identify and resolve incidents.
• Perform incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.
