Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior Mainframe Developer / L3 Support Engineer to maintain and enhance essential mainframe applications in a global context.

You will own complex issues in COBOL, Natural, ADABAS, DB2, VSAM, CICS, JCL and z/OS, delivering reliable, scalable solutions while collaborating with distributed teams.

The role emphasizes problem solving, modernization efforts, and strong customer communication, with bilingual training in Spanish and English and flexible schedules.
