Turtle Trax S.A. seeks an Experienced DataStage Developer for a remote role focused on production support and enhancements, resolving defects, implementing fixes, and coordinating with clients to ensure smooth data operations.

Candidates should be strong in IBM DataStage, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, UNIX/Linux, and Control-M scheduling, with experience diagnosing issues under SLA; Snowflake is a plus. Good communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Datastage developer with production support and enhancements.
• Strong IBM DataStage, Oracle, UNIX, and Control-M scheduling.
• Analytical problem solving and client interfacing skills.
• Snowflake experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve DataStage production incidents end-to-end, including RCA and deployment.
• Implement and test CRs and enhancements in DataStage per SDLC.
• Design, develop, and optimize DataStage jobs for batch and real-time integration.
• Performance tune DataStage, Oracle SQL, and UNIX processes to meet SLAs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production ETL pipelines and respond to alerts.
• Collaborate with schedulers to design, monitor and maintain job schedules and dependencies.
