Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This builder role focuses on production systems over training, delivering agentic workflows and API integrations across our stack.

You will implement automation pipelines with LangChain/LangGraph and connect tools like WordPress, Figma, and Google Workspace. Remote work is available for Latin America and South Africa, with English sufficiency for async collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
• English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
• Integrations with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs including tool use and function calling.
• Internal tools that reduce manual hours across our design and development production process.
• Automation pipelines connecting WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and our internal CMS.
• MCP server integrations as part of our broader AI stack.
