Ascend is a remote-first, global travel company delivering luxury bookings and VIP service to founders, investors, and executives. As Concierge Manager, you own shift-level operations across Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment.

You lead Team Leads and ensure a five-star experience while guiding the team to grow under your leadership. This role emphasizes systems thinking with strong people leadership, delivering proactive client updates, and driving process improvements as Ascend

Qualifications

4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
2+ years in a leadership or management role coaching a team.
Strong Sabre GDS proficiency for fare rules and ticketing.
Data-driven leadership using metrics to drive changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication for coaching and leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop your team across three core functions (Client Service, Ticketing, Trip Fulfillment).
Own shift operations with real-time decisions and clear priorities.
Deliver exceptional client experiences and proactive updates.
Drive process excellence with documented improvements and data-driven actions.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale Ascend globally.
