Ascend seeks an experienced Concierge Manager to lead luxury travel operations in a remote, global setup. You will manage Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment, ensuring five-star client experiences, fast issue resolution, and ongoing process improvements.

You’ll balance data-driven decisions with empathetic leadership to scale operations worldwide. You’ll mentor leaders, drive SLA adherence, and own shift performance, while collaborating with Product and Leadership

Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment.
• Direct all client-facing operations during your shift with real-time decisions and priorities.
• Own end-to-end client experiences, including quotes, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Submit at least two documented process improvements per month to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale while maintaining quality.
