Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to join our team and help train AI models by reviewing code produced by AI and scoring responses. You will contribute to improving model accuracy and instruction following while crafting prompts that push the coding capabilities of the system.

The role is a freelance, 1099 contract, with remote work across the Americas and beyond. Rates reach up to $34/hour, with additional incentives based on project performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
