Outlier is seeking QA Coders for a remote LatAm program. You’ll review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear prompts to test coding capabilities. No AI experience required, just strong CS fundamentals and English fluency.

Work is freelance (1099) with compensation up to $34 USD/hr plus incentives based on project performance, with flexible, location-independent scheduling across Latin America.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, following instructions, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
