Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help train AI models by auditing AI-generated code and ranking model responses. You’ll contribute by reviewing code, identifying errors, and crafting clear prompts to push model capabilities.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree and hands-on software engineering experience, plus strong written and spoken English. This is a freelance 1099 role with flexible, remote work from multiple eligible countries.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag issues using guidelines.
• Rate model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear CS prompts to challenge AI models.
