Cadmus is a small, globally distributed team. The role is remote from Mexico and full-time on a contractor basis, covering NA Eastern Time 9am–5pm (7am–3pm Mexico City time).

Even as a contractor we aim to extend benefits such as paid leave where possible. You will spend most of your time in our support inbox: answering academics and students by email and chat, determining whether questions are how-to or real faults, and relaying the right issues to our technical team with complete context.

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3 years in customer-facing support for SaaS/edtech.
• Experience with helpdesk or shared inbox (Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot).
• Fluent written and spoken English; clear, warm writing.
• Bonus: LMS experience (Canvas or Moodle).

Aufgaben

• Answer academics and students by email and chat in a support inbox.
• Identify if a question is a how-to or a real fault.
• Escalate issues to the technical team with complete context.
• Contribute to improving help articles and templates.
