You will work with stakeholders across departments to deliver key metrics and help establish data strategy in a remote-friendly environment.

You will lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and mentor engineers while staying current with trends like cloud platforms and data tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills.
• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers on scalable data pipelines.
• Design and maintain Data Vault, Data Warehouse, and Data Marts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy and metrics.
