Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, a data vault, and data warehouses/marts. This role collaborates with stakeholders across departments to deliver key metrics and insights.

You will work in a remote setup with Monterrey and/or Queretaro locations, contributing to data-driven decision making and optimization of logistics platforms. A bilingual English/Spanish capability and a strong SQL/data modeling background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preference in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years technology experience with data pipelines, data vault, and data warehouses.
• Experience with TMS, WMS, or other enterprise logistics platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL development and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data vaults, warehouses, and marts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver key metrics.
• Maintain and improve data structures to support evolving business requirements.
• Work with internal and external users including executives, engineers, and vendors.
