Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Payroll Analyst II to support Colombia and LATAM payroll operations in a remote role based in Mexico. You will deliver first-class payroll services, ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery, and support cross-jurisdiction projects.

The role requires 3+ years in Colombia payroll with accounting experience, expertise in Colombian regulations, and proficiency with Workday/UKG and ServiceNow, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Colombia payroll processing with accounting experience.
• Expertise in Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Experience with Workday, UKG, or similar global payroll platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Colombia payroll execution with the payroll vendor, covering gross-to-net processing.
• Ensure timely filings and remittances via PILA, Nómina Electrónica to DIAN, and regulatory alignment.
• Respond to employee inquiries on deductions, withholdings and benefits.
• Collaborate with accounting during month-end close to deliver accurate payroll reports.
