Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is partnering with a client to hire an E‑Mail Marketing (Klaviyo) / CRM Account Manager located in Mexico, fully remote. You will own email marketing campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo, while coordinating with designers and exploring WhatsApp and print channels for engaging customer experiences.

You’ll combine strategic account management with copywriting and hands-on execution to help e-commerce brands grow.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of intensive, hands-on Klaviyo experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently building and managing campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.
• Copywriting experience to drive conversions.
• Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for multi-project management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee email marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery and client growth.
• Coordinate with design team by preparing briefs and aligning Deliverables with campaign objectives.
• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for audiences and sales.
• Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.
• Support marketing activities across additional channels (WhatsApp, print mailings).
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Maintain structured project management processes with clear communication across projects.
• Own campaign execution and drive performance improvements for clients.
• Contribute to sustainable growth and profitability of e-commerce brands through data-informed email marketing.
