Concentrix is seeking a detail-oriented Jr Business Analyst - Sales Support to support sales operations and territory management. You will partner with B2B sales teams to ensure accurate territory alignment and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience as a Jr Business Analyst or similar role supporting sales operations or territory management.
• Experience with Salesforce data management is desirable.
• Advanced English communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to translate requirements into actions.
• Knowledge of territory planning methodologies and CRM operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze territory assignments and implement updates related to promotions and organizational changes.
• Review intake requests with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure timely territory updates.
• Use Salesforce to manage account and user profile information for data accuracy and alignment with territories.
• Support territory planning and mapping by evaluating boundary conditions and ownership structures.
• Communicate with stakeholders via Microsoft Teams, phone, and other tools to meet SLAs and support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of territory changes and communications for operational consistency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of territory management.
• Translate business requirements into actionable recommendations that improve sales operations.
