Outlier is building a structured remote program for LatAm's best software engineers to train AI models in code generation. Join as a QA coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and create clear computer science prompts from wherever you are in Latin America.

Earn up to $34 USD per hour with additional incentives on top of base pay. This is a freelance 1099 contract opportunity on Outlier.ai platform, open to applicants across multiple LatAm countries, including Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code: read and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across dimensions like accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write computer science prompts to challenge AI models and push coding boundaries.
