Outlier is seeking QA Coders to join its remote program aimed at LatAm's top software engineers. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses on accuracy and instruction-following, and craft well-structured computer science prompts to challenge evolving AI systems.

This 1099 contract role offers flexible, remote work from anywhere in Latin America, with competitive pay up to $34 USD/hr plus additional incentives based on project performance.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions like accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models and push the boundaries of coding ability.
