Outlier offers a structured remote program for LatAm software engineers to train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, rating model responses, and crafting CS prompts. No prior AI experience is required, and work is done from anywhere with flexible hours.

This is a 1099 contract on Outlier.ai platform. Core work pays up to $34 USD/hr, with additional incentives based on performance. Applicants from Mexico and other listed Latin American countries are invited to apply.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions — accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write computer science questions.
