ITJ is seeking a Level 1 Remote Service Desk IT Support Technician to deliver first-line technical assistance in a regulated biotech environment. You will troubleshoot software, access, and endpoint issues and fulfill service requests such as license assignments and access group management.

Working remotely, you will use TeamViewer and Intune to provide responsive, customer-focused support while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance in ServiceNow.

Formación

• Experience in IT service desk or helpdesk environments.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical assistance for incidents submitted via ServiceNow.
• Resolve software, access, and endpoint issues; assist with license and access provisioning.
• Remotely connect to user devices using TeamViewer and update records in ServiceNow.
