Global Excel Management Inc. seeks a Service Desk Technician Level 1 to provide timely and helpful technical support to employees and clients.

Responsibilities include provisioning, configuration, and deployment of new systems, plus secure decommissioning of old hardware, with on-site, phone, or remote assistance. Responsibilities cover imaging, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation as part of a fast-paced IT team.

Formación

• Degree in technologies with 1+ years of technical support experience or more
• Experience in IT field for more than 5 years
• Available for on-call duties
• Advanced spoken and written English

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Windows PCs, printers, and mobile devices
• Assist in organization and inventory of hardware and software resources
• Investigate user problems, identify sources, and implement solutions
• Log all issues in IT Service Desk system and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate communications between client and IT staff and maintain confidentiality
