Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Hybrid Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to enable and coordinate delivery for a cross-functional software development team in a fast-changing environment.

You will blend traditional project management with Agile/Scrum facilitation, ensuring transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement, working with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid Agile delivery role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and traditional project management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to track, analyze, and communicate delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication across the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead Engineer and Business Analyst to maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Track and report delivery progress using Agile and traditional metrics.
• Remove impediments and maintain team focus and delivery cadence.
• Coordinate with QA/test resources to embed quality throughout development.
• Provide status updates and executive-level reporting to stakeholders.
• Support continuous delivery practices and drive process improvements.

Your Role

As a Hybrid Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will enable and coordinate delivery for a cross‑functional software development team operating in a fast‑changing environment. This role blends traditional project management responsibilities with Agile and Scrum facilitation, ensuring delivery predictability, transparency, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Client’s Senior Program Manager and partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication across the delivery lifecycle
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Partner with the Technical Lead Engineer and Business Analyst to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives
• Track and report delivery progress using Agile and traditional metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, milestones, risks, and issues
• Remove impediments and blockers while ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment and collaboration
• Maintain team focus, commitments, and delivery cadence in a dynamic environment
• Coordinate with QA and test automation resources to embed quality throughout the development process
• Provide regular status updates and executive‑level reporting to internal and client stakeholders
• Support continuous delivery practices and drive ongoing process improvements across the team

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid Agile delivery role supporting software development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks combined with traditional project management practices
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to track, analyze, and communicate delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies effectively
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team enablement
