Intuitive seeks a Network Security Operations Center Operations Supervisor for a full-time onsite role in Mexicali, leading 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring. You will manage staffing, track KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable operations.

Formación

• Experience in a cybersecurity, network monitoring, or security operations role is preferred.
• Knowledge of incident response procedures and network protocols is desirable.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure 24/7 staffing coverage for cybersecurity operations and manage recruitment/onboarding of analysts.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs and metrics (incident response times, alert resolution, system uptime).
• Create and manage shift schedules to maintain continuous monitoring and balance workloads.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network engineering, and leadership to align operational goals.
• Communicate performance updates and staffing needs to stakeholders via reports and briefings.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
