Job summary

Transporeon, a Trimble company, is seeking a Lead Global Logistics Integrations Project Manager to own high-impact customer onboarding and software integration initiatives for our global logistics platform.

You will bridge technical configurations, financial metrics, and customer adoption, coordinating with engineering and operations to ensure timely launches and healthy margins.

Remote Mexico role with 20% travel, strong English communication, and a background in logistics software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Proven experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier-two customer support within software environments.
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding software interfaces, APIs, database concepts, and data workflows.
• Professional background or familiarity within the transportation, freight, or logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management and technical integrations for carrier onboarding.
• Facilitate interactive customer workshops to define scope, system configurations, and technical specifications.
• Deliver tier-two technical support and hands-on enablement training.
• Coordinate cross-functional requirements with engineering and development teams in Jira.
