Job summary

Transporeon, a Trimble company, seeks a Lead Global Logistics Integrations Project Manager to own onboarding and software integrations for global logistics networks. You will bridge technical configurations, financial metrics, and customer adoption across the Transporeon platform from Mexico Remote.

In this role you will lead end-to-end projects, run customer workshops, deliver hands-on training, and coordinate with engineering in Jira, all while ensuring project margins and timely launches.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven PM experience, technical integrations, or tier-2 software support.
• Solid understanding of software interfaces, APIs, databases, and data workflows.
• Experience in transportation, freight, or logistics industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management and technical integrations for carrier onboarding and onboarding for Transporeon platform.
• Facilitate customer workshops to define scope, configurations, and specs.
• Provide Tier-2 technical support and hands-on enablement training to drive user adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional requirements with engineering using Jira to manage margins and billing.

In this role, you will hold complete ownership of high-impact customer onboarding and integration projects, serving as the central trusted advisor who bridges technical configurations, financial metrics, and customer adoption across the global Transporeon platform.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management and technical integrations for carrier onboarding, ensuring timely launches and budget alignment.
• Facilitate interactive customer workshops to define scope, system configurations, and technical specifications.
• Deliver tier-two technical support and hands‑on enablement training to ensure high user adoption and post-launch success.
• Coordinate cross-functional requirements with engineering and development teams in Jira while maintaining project margins and billable tracking.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Full professional fluency in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Proven experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier‑two customer support within software environments.
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding software interfaces, APIs, database concepts, and data workflows.
• Professional background or familiarity within the transportation, freight, or logistics industry.

Bonus Points For:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management completion or certification.
• Hands‑on experience working with enterprise ERP systems or ticketing tools like Jira.
