• Successful track record against revenue-related targets.
• Experience in revenue-focused customer roles (sales, account management, retention).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a tech sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing SMB base.
• Engage customers via outbound calls, email, SMS to create opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and map to Nextiva solutions.
• Articulate value of Nextiva's AI-powered platform.
• Deliver focused product demos and show business impact.
• Manage multiple opportunities with timely follow-ups.
• Own pipeline from outreach to close in Salesforce.
• Apply coaching and AI tools to improve conversations and results.
