HireHawk Inc. seeks an Immigration Paralegal to support U.S. and Canadian immigration matters in a remote, attorney-guided role. You will prepare employment-based and family-based applications from information gathering through attorney-ready case assembly, ensuring forms and documents are complete.

The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, with DS-160/DS-260 handling, Serenade software use, and a focus on accuracy and timely filing.

Formación

• 1–2+ years hands-on experience supporting U.S. immigration matters; familiarity with Canadian processes.
• Strong written English skills; ability to prepare accurate legal docs from templates.
• Experience preparing/employing DS-160 and DS-260 forms.
• Knowledge of U.S. nonimmigrant visa categories (B1/B2, E-2, L-1, O-1, H-1B).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete employment-based and family-based immigration case files for attorney review and filing.
• Complete and review DS-160 and DS-260 applications accurately using client information.
• Build organized, review-ready case packages to minimize attorney rework.
• Draft supporting letters and documents using templates and workflows.
• Review supporting evidence for completeness and consistency.
• Identify and resolve DS-160 corrections or update issues.
• Organize immigration records in OneDrive or similar systems.
• Track case preparation progress and maintain reliable workflows for timely filings.
• Flag missing information or inconsistencies before final review.
