Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, seeks an organized Human Capital Coordinator to remotely support the US-based HC team. The role covers recruitment logistics, HC operations in Workday, and talent development. You will work from the Mexico City office at least two days per week.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a fast-paced admin HC role, strong English communication, and familiarity with HR systems. You will coordinate interviews, maintain employee files, and support training and performance

Formación

• Clear, concise communication in English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Workday or HR systems is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to manage a heavy calendar and organized email inbox.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including video conferences and office visits.
• Provide timely communication to candidates and maintain relationships among candidates, recruiters, and interviewers.
• Assist with offers and new hire paperwork.
• Perform other recruitment duties as assigned.
• Create and maintain employee electronic files.
• Update employee data in Workday with HC Ops.
• Create transactions for hires, terminations, salary changes, and transfers.
• Track vacation information for US employees and maintain trackers.
• Handle ad-hoc employee inquiries and approvals per matrix.
