Job summary

PlacidWay is a global medical tourism marketplace connecting patients with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across 60+ countries. We seek an Account Manager to oversee relationships with providers on the PlacidWay platform and drive engagement, patient cases, and revenue growth.

You will manage provider needs, monitor leads, coordinate with internal teams, and identify opportunities to improve performance and conversions while delivering exceptional provider support in a remote work

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience using a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals.
• Maintain strong provider relationships and understand services and objectives.
• Monitor patient leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and provider support.
• Improve provider response, follow-up, and patient handling processes.
• Track progress from initial inquiry through treatment and potential revenue.
