Heirloom Vacations is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative (Subcontractor) to deliver guest service from a home office in Mexico. The role covers calls, emails, and messages to resolve issues with empathy and accuracy, under a rotating CST schedule.

Minimum 2 years in hospitality customer service, strong English communication, and reliable high‑speed internet are required. The position is fully remote with a 40‑hour workweek and weekly direct deposit of wages.

Formación

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant hospitality customer service experience.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English.
• Able to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient, cheerful, and professional guest support via calls, email, and chat.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Manage the team email inbox and outbound guest welcome calls.
• Document and track guest reviews and data.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned and maintain confidentiality.
