BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist who partners with US sales to drive ABM programs and AI-powered automations. The role blends account-based campaign execution with building automations that guide sellers on when to act, leveraging tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and Salesforce workflows.

You will work 100% remotely, collaborate with US teams, and shape data-driven campaigns that accelerate pipeline and account expansion using AI-driven insights.

Formación

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building seller automations (signal-triggered workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based B2B buyers.
• Hands-on multi-channel campaigns including email sequences and LinkedIn.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLMs inside automations.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail with sales alignment.
• Map processes and build automations to trigger seller actions.
• Maintain data including target accounts, buying committees, and CRM records.
• Report weekly outcomes: meetings, opportunities, deals, accounts growth.
• Experiment with new channels and scale high-performing ones.
