Atomic HR seeks a growth engineer to build the campaign machinery for a regulated product. You will direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while collaborating with a field and sales team.

Expect hands-on work directing AI tooling, data analysis, and end-to-end outbound campaigns. Remote options exist with CT overlap between 9 and 5. Directly report to the founders in a builder-first role.

Formación

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code or equivalent on live work.
• 3+ years in marketing with end-to-end cold outbound experience.
• Comfort with data: CSV, SQL basics, joins, and data hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run trade and partnership outbound engine with targeted lists.
• Arm field team with lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, referral programs.
• Create in-house creative with AI while maintaining brand system.
• Automate repetitive tasks: enrichment, QA, data pipelines.
• Own first-party measurements and flag data issues early.
