Atomic Hr client seeks a growth-minded marketer capable of building the campaign machinery from the ground up. You will direct Claude Code and connect APIs to enrich lists, automate recurring work, and run campaigns alongside sales, field, and partnerships.

Expect ownership of search, lifecycle, retention, and referral programs with tight data controls. You’ll work hands-on, collaborating with founders, shipping tools, and iterating campaigns to scale performance without paid ads.

Formación

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code or similar on live work.
• 3+ years in marketing with data-driven outcomes and outbound experience.
• End-to-end outbound campaigns: list, sequence, and deliverability.
• Comfort with CSV data, SQL basics, and scripting in Python/JS.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade/partnership outbound engine with targeting and scoring.
• Arm field teams with lists, routes, and post-visit follow-up sequences.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle emails, SMS, and referrals.
• Produce in-house creative using AI while maintaining brand visuals.
• Automate repetitive tasks and ensure data quality and reporting.
• Own first-party metrics and flag anomalies in data.
