Atomic Hr seeks a hands-on Growth Engineer to build our partner outbound engine and direct Claude Code across live campaigns. You’ll define segments, enrich lists, score contacts, and manage sequences while coordinating with sales, field teams, and partnerships.

You’ll also own first-party measurement, report quality, and manual automation to ensure scalable growth without paid media. A strong, code‑driven marketer thrives here.

Formación

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience with data-driven campaigns.
• Cold outbound from end-to-end: list building, sequencing, deliverability fixes.
• Comfort with data: reading CSV, writing SQL, understanding joins.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript; experience with Git.
• APIs: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, endpoint discovery.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine—define the segment, pull and enrich the list, verify and score contacts, write and track the sequence, and know when not to use a sequencer.
