North Davis Project Illumination is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing leader based in Austin, TX or remote with CT overlap. You will build a real-time campaign machinery, directing Claude Code to enrich lists, automate recurring tasks, and run campaigns alongside field and partnerships teams.

You’ll own outbound growth, enable field activities, and manage channels like search, lifecycle emails, retention, and referrals while maintaining strict compliance in a regulated product category.

Formación

• Experience directing Claude Code or an equivalent agent on live projects.
• At least 3 years in hands-on marketing and growth roles.
• Proven cold outbound ownership from list build to sequence optimization.
• Comfort with CSV data, SQL joins, and data quality awareness.
• Ability to script in Python or JavaScript and use Git for versioning.
• Familiarity with APIs, auth, rate limits, and webhooks.
• Strong marketing eye and ability to write clear, concrete outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with target segmentation.
• Arm field teams with lists, routes, and follow-up sequences; iterate to improve.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention and referrals.
• Produce creative in-house using AI within brand guidelines; know when to use real product shots.
• Automate enrichment scripts, data hygiene, and campaign QA processes.
• Own first-party measurement and flag anomalies before reporting.
