Austin-based growth marketer role focusing on building a self-sustaining campaign machinery using Claude Code and automation tools. You will work directly with the two founders, hands-on, shaping outbound trade and partnerships, field enablement, and owned channels to drive growth in a constrained regulatory environment.

The position requires crafting data-driven campaigns, maintaining data integrity, and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership.

Formación

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code (or an equivalent coding agent) on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing.
• Cold outbound you've run yourself, start to finish: list, sequence, deliverability, and analytics.
• Comfortable with data—read CSV, write SQL, understand joins and impact on metrics.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript, and use of git.
• APIs are routine: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, docs.
• Marketing instincts to spot good offers, write clear emails, and assess pages.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine — define the segment, pull and enrich the list, verify and score contacts, write and track the sequence, and decide when manual outreach is needed.
• Arm the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and post-visit follow-up sequences, then iterate to improve.
• Own the channels open here: search, lifecycle email and SMS, subscription retention, and referral programs, including reconciliation.
• Produce creative in-house with AI tools within the brand’s visual system—decide when to generate or composite real product shots.
• Automate manual and recurring tasks—enrichment scripts, list hygiene, report pulls, QA, content pipelines.
• Own first-party measurement (order/subscription data, cohort retention, referral attribution, search visibility) and flag anomalous data.
