Reboot Monkey, a global IT solutions leader, seeks Freelance Data Center Technicians to deliver on-demand support for worldwide data centers. You will install, troubleshoot, and manage servers, networking gear, and virtualization, working independently with remote teams to ensure high availability and security.

The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, Cisco/Juniper experience, Linux and Windows proficiency, and willingness to travel or work outside regular hours.

Formación

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Ability to work independently on freelance projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to data center locations on short notice.
• Excellent communication with remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networking gear for high uptime.
• Monitor data center operations remotely and on-site to minimize downtime.
• Configure networking devices (Cisco/Juniper) for secure, efficient operations.
• Manage Linux and Windows systems and perform updates and patches.
• Document installations, repairs, and performance for remote teams.
• Implement security protocols to protect data center infrastructure.
• Collaborate with remote teams and vendors on projects to drive efficiency.
