Job summary

Eightx seeks a Founder Content Strategist/Operator to turn founder ideas, calls, frameworks, and opinions into a high-volume organic content engine. This is not a social media manager role; you will identify ideas, shape them into content, help produce them, and ensure they get published.

You’ll mine calls and meetings for hooks, write scripts, create visuals, edit videos, pull clips, and turn content into LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, carousels, and blogs, while maintaining a steady

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt voice to founder
• Strong editorial judgment and instinct for hooks and storytelling
• Experience with short-form video creation and editing
• Solid understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content dynamics
• Ability to turn rough ideas into finished content and backlog ideas

Responsibilities

• Mine calls, podcasts, meetings and videos for strong ideas
• Identify hooks, stories, frameworks and customer language
• Write short-form video scripts in founder’s voice
• Create simple visuals, diagrams and frameworks
• Edit short-form videos and pull clips
• Transform videos into LinkedIn/Instagram posts, carousels and blogs
• Maintain content calendar and publishing cadence
• Ensure regular Instagram posting and LinkedIn publishing
• Review performance and iterate on future content
• Coordinate contractors for advanced editing or design
