Job summary

Pearl Talent is hiring a senior content writer to own founder LinkedIn accounts end to end—ideation, interviews, drafting, and publishing—while shaping PR and video scripts. You’ll craft long-form content and newsletters, turning experiences into authentic narratives.

Within 90 days, founder posts will run consistently; within a year, you’ll ship a PR or video storyline and receive positive reader feedback on authenticity. Fully remote, with EST overlap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in B2B ghostwriting, copywriting, or content marketing.
• Portfolio with published samples in social/website/ads copy, founder/brand storytelling.
• Published LinkedIn ghostwriting under a founder's/executive's name with engagement results.
• Conversion copy samples with measurable results (CTR, engagement, conversion).
• Experience running interviews and turning them into stories, scripts, or case studies.
• C2 English (CEFR) for publish-ready writing in a native US founder voice.

Responsibilities

• Own founders' LinkedIn accounts end to end: ideation, founder interviews, drafting, editing, publishing.
• Write hooks and endings that earn attention without clickbait or AI clichés.
• Develop storylines for PR and video initiatives; draft scripts.
• Interview candidates, clients, and team members and turn experiences into compelling narratives.
• Produce long-form content (articles, case studies, newsletters) when warranted by the story.
• Manage content calendar, coordinate reviews, track engagement, and refine topics.
