IP Author Inc is looking for a versatile Full-Stack Engineer who can help build and support their core platform while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams. This role involves writing production code and ensuring system reliability.

Qualified candidates should have 4-8 years of software engineering experience, strong skills in frontend frameworks like React and backend languages like Node.js or Python, and experience with relational databases. The role is fully remote and offers an interesting slate of challenges.

Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years of professional experience as a software engineer, including full-stack work.
• Strong skills in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React) and one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go).
• Experience with relational databases and building APIs.
• Comfortable debugging production issues and working with logs/monitoring tools.
• Prior experience in client‑facing engineering (sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical support) is a big plus.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or developer tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our web application.
• Collaborate with product and design to iterate quickly on user-facing workflows.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support demos and technical evaluations.
• Help design and build proofs-of-concept and integrations for key prospects.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, debug problems, and provide pragmatic solutions.
• Help monitor, debug, and improve the reliability and performance of production systems.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation appropriate to our stage.
• Contribute to tooling, observability, and automation as needed.
