Job summary

Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency, hiring a Head of Finance to own the accounting close and FP&A processes. This hybrid role supports leadership with forward-looking analyses and client/service profitability insights.

You’ll manage month-end close, revenue recognition, and cross-country compliance while guiding budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions to drive growth. Strong GAAP experience required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounting and/or FP&A.
• Experience with GAAP revenue recognition for services.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close: revenue recognition, accruals, reconciliations.
• Manage billing accuracy and collections with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain monthly P&Ls and track gross margin/EBITDA against targets.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and capacity planning.
