Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency shaping the future of marketing. The Head of Finance will own the monthly close end-to-end and turn numbers into strategic insights used to price, staff, and grow across the US, Canada, MX, and the UK.

The role blends accounting leadership with FP&A, managing GAAP close and multi-country compliance while guiding budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Competenze

• 7+ years in accounting and/or FP&A.
• GAAP month-end close ownership including revenue recognition.
• Strong modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in professional services, agencies, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and time-tracking tools.
• Strong English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Own the month-end close: revenue recognition, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations.
• Manage recurring, project, and variable revenue (percent-of-spend / programmatic).
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll entries across US, Canada, Mexico, UK.
• Maintain audit-ready books with strong internal controls and reconciliations.
• Oversee billing accuracy and collections with account teams.
• Maintain monthly client and divisional P&Ls; track gross margin and EBITDA.
• Assist Head of Finance with budget, forecast, and variance analysis.
• Support pricing and capacity planning; model new-client economics.
• Report on revenue KPIs and automate reporting to save time.
