SGI Global, LLC is seeking an experienced Finance Support Specialist based in Mexico to support the US Finance Department. The role requires accounting, reporting, project finance, budgeting, and advanced Excel skills to transform data into meaningful financial reports for management.

The successful candidate will work independently across multiple financial assignments, meet US reporting deadlines, and collaborate with the CFO and US Finance team.

Formación

• Proven ability to interpret accounting and financial information, not just compile data.
• Experience preparing financial reconciliations, management reports, budget analyses, and schedules.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, and multi-tab workbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Support preparation, review, reconciliation, and documentation of invoices per contractual billing.
• Maintain financial reports, management reports, budget analyses, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Analyze financial information to identify variances, inconsistencies, and potential reporting errors.
• Reconcile information across accounting records, project data, invoices, timesheets, and budgets.
• Support month-end closing activities with data compilation and variance analysis.
• Extract and analyze financial/project information from Unanet and other sources.
