IFF en Polanco, Ciudad de México, busca un Senior Finance Manager para liderar la organización Global Business Services con enfoque en América. Rol híbrido, supervisará RTR, OTC y STP y colaborará con Digital/IT para impulsar automatización y transformación financiera. Se valorará más de 7 años en finanzas/SSG, dominio de inglés y español, experiencia en SOX, US GAAP y control interno; MBA o CPA; experiencia con SAP y liderar equipos regionales.

Formación

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en Finanzas/SSG o Global Business Services.
• Experiencia dirigiendo operaciones de Finanzas Shared Services o GBS.
• Dominio de inglés y español; portugués es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar RTR, OTC y STP en Global Business Services a nivel regional.
• Fortalecer controles internos, SOX y cumplimiento US GAAP.
• Dirigir foros de gobernanza y revisiones de negocio; colaborar con IT y Transformación para automatización.

The role is based in Polanco, Mexico City (hybrid role) . Lead end-to-end service delivery across Finance Global Business Services (GBS) functions supporting stakeholders throughout North America and Latin America. Oversee Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), and Source to Pay (STP) operations, ensuring service excellence and operational reliability. Direct Record to Report activities, including General Ledger and Plant Cost Accounting processes. Strengthen internal controls, support audit readiness, and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and applicable local regulations. Lead governance forums and business reviews while serving as a trusted partner to regional Finance and business stakeholders. Partner with Digital, Information Technology (IT), and Transformation teams to advance automation, analytics, and Finance transformation programs.

Qualifications

• ~7+ years of progressive experience within Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments .
• ~Strong experience leading Finance Shared Services or Global Business Services operations.
• ~ Fluent English and Spanish communication skills; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
• ~ Deep understanding of accounting, controllership, financial reporting, and governance practices.
• ~ Demonstrated expertise across Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Source to Pay (STP), and management reporting processes.
• ~ Thorough knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• ~ Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior leaders across the United States and the Americas region.
• MBA, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other advanced Finance qualifications.
• Experience leading multi-tower Global Business Services organizations or Shared Services centers in Mexico or Latin America.
• Familiarity with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Central Finance (CFIN), Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across a global organization.
