Versigent in Chihuahua, MX, is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Americas real estate portfolio. The role coordinates budgeting, forecasting, cost control, reporting, leases and vendor administration across multiple locations, with emphasis on Mexico and North America.

You will develop annual budgets, monitor monthly forecasts, analyze variances, manage expenses and support CAPEX planning. Collaboration with Finance, Procurement, EHS and Facility Management across countries is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential for analysis and reporting.
• Experience in finance, accounting, real estate operations, facilities management, or business analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to forecast, budget and produce financial reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts for facility operations, maintenance, utilities, EHS and housekeeping activities.
• Perform monthly financial analysis, variance reporting and forecasting for GRE-managed locations.
• Manage site operating expenses and support CAPEX planning, tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate utility payments, property tax payments and other real estate related financial obligations.
• Manage vendor invoicing, purchase requisitions, accruals and financial reconciliations.
• Oversee chargebacks and intercompany billing for facility services, utilities and shared operating costs.
• Provide budget and financial support for GRE projects and strategic initiatives.
• Download, validate and analyse energy consumption and utility data for assigned locations.
• Monitor operating costs for the Mexico Technical Center, Troy HQ and other assigned Americas sites.
• Support local site leadership with financial reporting, cost transparency and budget management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, EHS, Facility Management and external service providers.
• Support annual close, audits and compliance reporting activities.
