Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Remote Service Delivery Professional to support the PRODUCT LINE NAME. You will coordinate real-time rig site activities from a remote hub, ensuring compliance with MtJC and contract terms.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts. Prior industry experience is preferred, and you will collaborate with teams to monitor field equipment and deliver service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or STEM equivalent; 2+ years relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work the required scheduled hours per location (12 hour shifts).
• An analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results.
• Prior relevant industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with MtJC process.
• Real time execution and direction of rig site activities from remote hub Location.
• Responsible for executing the operational plan per the contract terms and conditions.
• Provides all real time job monitoring activities and real time decisions regarding changes to the drilling plan. Responsible for communicating such changes to the customer, rig site personnel, and other stakeholders as required.
• Engaging with your team to determine appropriate actions, relying upon experience, standard principles, concepts and techniques
• Take ownership for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site
• Preparing service deliverables in accordance with standard operating procedures, internal management systems or customer agreed procedures
