Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Remote Operations Center (EROC) Engineer to sustain reliable, scalable operations across global environments.

You will monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvement using AI-enabled tools and automation. The role requires a recent Bachelors in a technical field, strong Linux/Windows skills, and excellent collaboration abilities in a fast-paced, rotating-on-call setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related technical field; graduates within 2 years.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, infrastructure technologies, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced operational environment and participate in rotational on-call support.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies and continuously developing technical skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and dashboards to maintain system health, availability, and identify issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with global teams for timely resolution.
• Support ticket triage, SLA compliance, workload management, and operational readiness across engineering environments.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and monitoring tools to improve efficiency and knowledge management.
• Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation, SOPs, and operational processes.
